These ENS Live Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and conditions for using ENS Live (the “Platform”). By using ENS Live, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using ENS Live in any way, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

  • Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Agree to any additional guidelines, policies, or rules referenced in these Terms or presented within the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use ENS Live.

2. Eligibility

To use ENS Live, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent (such as a business, school, or organization).

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

  • You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.

  • You are using the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

ENS Live is available to:

  • Individual users

  • Businesses and companies

  • Educational institutions

  • Nonprofits and other organizations

3. Services

ENS Live provides tools and features to support live and virtual events. Core services include:

  • Event hosting
    Create, schedule, and manage live events, webinars, and broadcasts.

  • Live and pre-recorded content support
    Stream live video or share pre-recorded content with your audience.

  • Audience engagement tools
    Use features such as chat, Q&A, polls, reactions, or other interactive tools (as available) to engage viewers.

  • Analytics and reporting
    Access performance metrics such as viewer counts, engagement statistics, and other event-related data.

The availability and scope of these services may vary depending on:

  • Your subscription plan

  • Your account type (e.g., individual vs. organization)

  • Your region or applicable regulations

ENS Live may add, modify, or remove features from time to time, and some features may only be available on paid plans.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ENS Live, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information

  • Submit true, current, and complete personal and business information during registration and when updating your profile.

  • Keep your contact and billing information up to date.

  1. Protect your account credentials

  • Keep your username, password, and any authentication details confidential.

  • Notify ENS Live immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

  1. Comply with laws and ENS Live policies

  • Ensure that all content you upload, stream, or share complies with:

    • Applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

    • These Terms and any other ENS Live policies (such as community guidelines or acceptable use policies, if provided).

  1. Avoid harmful or illegal content
    You must not use the Platform to upload, stream, or distribute content that is:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.

  • Harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or inciting violence.

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative.

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks) or privacy rights of others.

  • Containing malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems or data.

You are solely responsible for all content and activity associated with your account.

5. Account Management

  1. Account creation

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features or services.

  • You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.

  1. Account security and responsibility

  • You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

  • ENS Live is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

  1. Suspension or termination by ENS Live
    ENS Live reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform if:

    • You violate these Terms or any applicable policy.

    • Your use of the Platform poses a security risk or legal risk.

    • Required by law or by a competent authority.

  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

ENS Live will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such actions when appropriate, but may do so without notice where legally required or necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

6. Content Ownership

  1. Your ownership of content

  • You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you create, upload, stream, or otherwise provide through ENS Live (“User Content”).

  • ENS Live does not claim ownership of your User Content.

  1. License you grant to ENS Live
    By using the Platform and uploading or streaming User Content, you grant ENS Live a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute your User Content.

  • Perform and stream your User Content to viewers you authorize or to your selected audience.

  • Use your User Content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and related services.

    This license is solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services and does not allow ENS Live to sell your content or use it outside the scope of the Platform without your additional consent.

  1. Your responsibility for rights and permissions
    You confirm that:

  • You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, stream, and share your User Content.

  • Your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

7. Privacy

  1. Information we collect
    ENS Live may collect personal and business information such as:

  • Contact details (e.g., name, email address)

  • Account and profile information

  • Billing and payment information (handled via secure payment processors)

  • Usage data and analytics related to your events and interactions on the Platform

  1. Use of information
    ENS Live uses this information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and services

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Improve features, performance, and user experience

  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support

  1. Privacy Policy

  • All data collection, use, and storage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • By using ENS Live, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You should review the Privacy Policy regularly to understand how your data is handled.

8. Fees and Payment

  • Some ENS Live features or services require a paid subscription or one-time fee.

  • The specific pricing, billing cycle, and included features depend on the plan you select.

  • Continued use of the Platform after fee changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. No indirect or consequential damages
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENS Live and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

This applies even if ENS Live has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Service availability

  • ENS Live aims to provide reliable and continuous service, but availability may be affected by:

    • Maintenance, updates, or upgrades.

    • Technical issues, outages, or failures beyond ENS Live’s reasonable control.

  • ENS Live does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ENS Live is suitable for your needs, including making backups of your content and data where necessary.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, ENS Live’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

  1. Termination by you

  • You may stop using ENS Live at any time.

  • If you wish to close your account, follow the account closure process provided in your account settings or contact support as instructed on the Platform.

    ENS Live may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if:

  • You violate these Terms or any applicable policy.

  • Your use of the Platform creates risk or potential legal exposure for ENS Live or other users.

  • Required by law, regulation, or a court order.

    Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases.

  • You must stop using all ENS Live services.

  • ENS Live may delete or restrict access to your account and associated data, subject to applicable laws and its data retention policies.

Some provisions of these Terms, such as those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply even after termination.

11. Changes to Terms

  • ENS Live may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

  • When changes are made, ENS Live will:

  • Update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document, and

  • Provide notice where required (for example, via email or in-platform notifications).

By continuing to access or use the Platform after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using ENS Live.

12. Governing Law
