  • Copy, reproduce, or download content for commercial use without permission.

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on ENS Live content.

  • Distribute, publish, or reuse content outside ENS Live unless you have the appropriate rights or written permission.

Personal, non-commercial viewing and use of the content within the app or website is generally allowed, as long as you do not violate these terms or applicable laws.

4. User Contributions

ENS Live may allow you to submit or share content, such as:

  • Comments

By submitting any content through ENS Live, you:

  • Confirm that you have the right to share that content.

  • Use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within ENS Live and related services.

  • Share your content in connection with promoting ENS Live (for example, showcasing user comments or feedback).

  • Adding, modifying, or removing features or functionalities.

  • Updating the design, layout, or user interface.

  • Temporarily or permanently suspending parts of the service.

We may do this:

  • With or without prior notice.

  • For reasons such as maintenance, improvements, security, or business needs.

  • Any changes to the app or services.

  • Any suspension or discontinuation of features or the entire service.

6. Third-Party Links

ENS Live may contain:

  • Links to third-party websites or services.

  • Embedded content or media from external platforms.

Please note:

  • These third-party sites and services are not controlled by ENS.

  • We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or practices of these external platforms.

  • Their own terms of use and privacy policies will apply when you use them.

You access third-party links and content at your own discretion and risk. ENS is not responsible for:

  • Any content, products, or services provided by third parties.

  • Any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party sites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENS and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use ENS Live.

  • Your reliance on any content, information, or materials provided through ENS Live.

  • Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the service.

This limitation applies even if:

  • We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • A remedy set out in these terms fails of its essential purpose.

You are responsible for:

  • Using ENS Live at your own risk.

  • Ensuring that any content or information you rely on is suitable for your needs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ENS Live at any time, at our sole discretion, if we believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms of Use.

  • Your actions harm, or could harm, ENS Live, its users, or its reputation.

  • Your use of the service is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

Termination may occur:

  • With or without prior notice.

  • With or without providing a reason.

If your access is terminated:

  • Your right to use ENS Live will stop immediately.

  • We may remove or disable access to any content associated with your account, where applicable and permitted by law.

Some provisions of these Terms (such as content ownership, limitation of liability, and applicable licenses) may continue to apply even after termination.

  • The latest version of the Terms will always be made available:

  • Within the ENS Live app, and/or
