This article explains the ENS Live Content Policy, what is allowed and not allowed on the platform, and what happens if the policy is violated. By using ENS Live, you agree to follow these rules.

  • Uploaded

  • Streamed

through ENS Live (the “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The goal of this policy is to:

By accessing or using ENS Live, you agree to comply with this Content Policy.

  • Does not contain prohibited or harmful material as described in this policy

If you are unsure whether your content is allowed, you should seek legal advice or choose not to upload or stream it.

ENS Live does not allow content that harms, threatens, or targets individuals or groups. This includes:

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the original content you create and share on ENS Live.

However, by using ENS Live and uploading or streaming content, you grant ENS Live a:

  • Limited

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

license to:

  • Host

  • Stream

  • Distribute

  • Display

your content for the purpose of operating and delivering the ENS Live service.

This license allows ENS Live to:

  • Transmit your content to viewers

  • Store and process your content as needed for the service

  • Display your content on ENS Live and related distribution channels

You can generally stop granting this license by removing your content or closing your account, but some copies (e.g., backups, logs, or content already distributed) may remain for a period as permitted by law and our terms.

5. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

ENS Live reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

  • Review or monitor content on the platform, whether manually or using automated tools

  • Remove or restrict content that we believe violates this Content Policy or applicable law

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, especially in serious or repeated cases

  • Restrict access to content (for example, by limiting visibility or region) at our discretion

Enforcement decisions are made at ENS Live’s sole discretion. ENS Live may act without prior notice if:

  • Content poses an immediate risk of harm

  • Content is clearly illegal or violates this policy

  • There is a pattern of repeated violations

In some cases, ENS Live may cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.

6. Reporting Policy Violations

If you believe that content on ENS Live violates this Content Policy, you can report it.

How to report:

Include the following details in your report:

  • A link or reference to the content

  • URL, channel name, stream title, or any other identifying information

  • Supporting information (if applicable)

  • Screenshots, timestamps, or any additional context that helps us review the issue

ENS Live will review reports and take appropriate action in line with this policy and applicable laws. Not all reported content will necessarily be removed, but all valid reports are reviewed.

7. Repeat Violations

Accounts that repeatedly violate this Content Policy may face stronger enforcement actions, including:

  • Temporary suspensions

  • Feature restrictions

  • Permanent suspension or termination of the account

Permanent suspensions or terminations may occur without refund, including for:

  • Subscription fees

  • Promotional credits

  • Other payments associated with the account

To avoid enforcement actions, users should:

  • Familiarize themselves with this policy

  • Immediately stop any behavior that has been flagged as a violation

  • Not attempt to evade enforcement (e.g., by creating new accounts to continue prohibited behavior)

8. Disclaimer

ENS Live is a platform for user-generated content and:

  • Does not pre-screen all content before it is uploaded or streamed

  • Is not responsible for user-generated content

Responsibility for content rests with the user who created, uploaded, or streamed it.

While ENS Live may remove or restrict content that violates this policy, it cannot guarantee that all harmful or prohibited content will be detected or removed immediately.

9. Policy Modifications

ENS Live may update or modify this Content Policy at any time.

  • Changes may be made to reflect:

  • Legal or regulatory updates

  • Safety and security needs

  • Changes in platform features or services

  • When the policy is updated, the “Effective Date” at the top of the policy may change.
