1. Introduction

ENS Creative Studios Ltd ("ENS", "we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, organizations, and copyright owners. This Copyright Policy explains how ENS handles copyrighted content across its platforms, including:

  • ENS Live

  • ENS Stream

  • ENS Creator Studio

  • Any related ENS services and products

By using any ENS platform, you agree:

  • Not to upload, broadcast, distribute, or promote content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

ENS expects all users, creators, businesses, and advertisers to ensure they have the necessary rights before submitting or distributing content through our services.

2. Copyright Ownership

Copyright protects original works of authorship. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Videos and films

  • Music and sound recordings

  • Images, graphics, and photographs

  • Written articles, scripts, and publications

  • Broadcast content (e.g., TV, radio, live streams)

  • Software, applications, and other digital media

Only the copyright owner or an authorized party (such as a licensee or agent) may upload, distribute, or broadcast copyrighted content on ENS platforms.

Before submitting content to ENS, you must ensure that:

  • You own the content, or

  • You have obtained the appropriate rights, licenses, or permissions from the copyright owner or rights holder.

If you are unsure whether you have the necessary rights, you should seek legal advice or obtain explicit permission before using the content.

3. User Responsibility

When you upload, stream, or otherwise submit content to ENS platforms, you are responsible for ensuring that the content:

  • Is your original work, or

  • You have legal authorization to publish, distribute, or broadcast it.

By submitting content to ENS platforms, you confirm and represent that:

  • You have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to use and share the content.

  • Your content does not infringe the rights (including copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights) of any third party.

You must not upload or distribute content that:

  • Violates copyright laws

  • Infringes on any intellectual property rights

  • Is copied, downloaded, or redistributed from another source without permission

  • Uses copyrighted material (such as music, video clips, images, or text) without a valid license or authorization

ENS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content that appears to violate this policy or applicable law, and to take further action against the responsible account.

4. Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement occurs when copyrighted content is used, distributed, broadcast, or reproduced without permission from the copyright owner or without a valid legal exception.

Examples of copyright violations on ENS platforms include (but are not limited to):

  • Uploading full movies, TV programs, or series episodes without permission

  • Broadcasting or streaming copyrighted music without a proper license

  • Republishing or copying protected articles, blog posts, or written works without authorization

  • Using images, logos, artwork, or graphics that belong to another creator without permission

  • Streaming, sharing, or distributing pirated content or unauthorized recordings

If ENS identifies content that appears to violate copyright laws or this policy:

  • The content may be removed or disabled.

  • The responsible account may face restrictions, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations.

5. Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on an ENS platform without your permission, you can submit a copyright report (also known as a takedown request).

To help us process your report efficiently, a valid copyright report should include:

  1. Your contact details

  • Your full name

  • Your email address and/or phone number

  • Any additional contact information we may need to reach you

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work

  • A clear description of the work you claim is infringed

  • Where possible, a link to an authorized version of your work (e.g., your website, official channel, or publication)

  1. Location of the infringing content on ENS

  • A direct link (URL) to the content on ENS platforms

  • Any additional information that helps us locate the content (e.g., channel name, stream title, upload date)

  1. Proof of ownership or authorization

  • A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

  • Any supporting documentation, if available (e.g., registration certificates, license agreements)

  1. Legal statements

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  • A statement that the information in your report is accurate

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

You can submit copyright reports through:

  • The ENS Trust & Safety Reporting Center (if available in your region), or

  • Official ENS support channels, such as our support email or web contact forms.

Incomplete reports may delay our ability to review and act on your request.

6. ENS Enforcement Actions

When ENS determines that content violates copyright laws or this Copyright Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the circumstances:

  • Remove or disable access to the content
The infringing content may be taken down or blocked from viewing.

  • Issue warnings
The responsible user may receive a warning explaining the violation and the consequences of future violations.

  • Restrict content submission privileges
The user’s ability to upload, stream, or publish new content may be temporarily or permanently limited.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
In serious or repeated cases, ENS may suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.

  • Report severe violations to authorities
In cases involving large-scale piracy, commercial infringement, or other serious misconduct, ENS may report the matter to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

The specific action taken will depend on factors such as the severity of the infringement, whether it appears intentional, and whether the user has a history of prior violations.

7. Fair Use

In some situations, copyrighted content may be used without permission under legal doctrines such as "fair use" (in the United States) or similar exceptions in other jurisdictions (such as fair dealing).

Examples of uses that may qualify, depending on the law in your region, include:

  • Commentary and criticism

  • News reporting

  • Teaching and education

  • Scholarship and research

  • Parody or satire

However:

  • Fair use and similar exceptions are legal defenses, not automatic rights.

  • Whether a particular use qualifies depends on multiple legal factors (such as purpose, amount used, and market impact) and may vary by country.

  • ENS cannot provide legal advice or guarantee that your use of copyrighted material is lawful.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable copyright laws, including any fair use or similar exceptions. If you are unsure, you should seek independent legal advice.

8. Repeat Infringers

ENS maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright offenders.

An account may be considered a "repeat infringer" if:

  • It has multiple confirmed copyright violations, or

  • It repeatedly uploads or distributes content that appears to infringe copyright, even after warnings or prior enforcement actions.

For repeat infringers, ENS may:

  • Permanently suspend or terminate the account

  • Block the creation of new accounts associated with the same user or entity, where technically and legally feasible

This policy is intended to protect creators and rights holders and to maintain a responsible and lawful environment on ENS platforms.

9. Protection of ENS Content

All content created and published by ENS is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Platform designs and user interfaces

  • Branding, logos, and trademarks

  • Graphics, animations, and visual assets

  • Software, code, and technical infrastructure

  • Original publications, documentation, and help center articles

Users may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute ENS content for commercial purposes

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on ENS content without permission

  • Use ENS trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorization

If you wish to use ENS content beyond what is permitted by law (such as fair use) or by our terms of service, you must obtain prior written authorization from ENS Creative Studios Ltd.

10. Policy Updates

ENS may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to:

  • Reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements

  • Address new features, services, or technologies on ENS platforms

  • Improve clarity, enforcement, or operational practices

When updates occur:

  • The revised policy will be published on ENS platforms.

  • The "last updated" date may be changed to reflect the latest revision.

Your continued use of ENS platforms after any policy update constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed about our copyright practices.
