ENS Live displays advertisements from both external ad partners and internal campaigns served through our own ad delivery platform, ENS Advertiser Center. This article explains how advertising works in the app, what data may be used, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. Advertising Networks and Sources

Ads shown on ENS Live may be delivered through our controlled third-party networks and internal systems, including:

  • ENS Partner Monetization

  • ENS Advertiser Center

  • The ENS Ecosystem, which includes:

  • ENS Live

  • ENS Prime

  • ENS Live App

  • ENS Community Networks
and other brands under Forever Platforms, such as:

  • MUGO – Online Shopping App

  • People Space – HR & Career Platforms App

  • UGMail – Business Email Service App

All advertising content is reviewed for:

  • Safety – avoiding harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • Relevance – ensuring ads are suitable for our audience and context

  • Compliance – meeting our ad quality standards and applicable policies

2. Data Usage for Advertising

To deliver relevant ads and improve your experience, ENS Live and its ad providers may collect non-personal information, which can include:

  • Device details (e.g., model, operating system version, language, screen size)

  • Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID)

  • IP address (used for approximate location targeting, such as city or region)

  • App interaction data (e.g., session duration, screens viewed, engagement with features)

  • General location data (only if you have granted location permissions)

How this data is used:

  • To show ads that are more relevant to your interests and region

  • To limit how often you see the same ad

  • To measure ad performance (e.g., impressions, clicks)

  • To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the advertising system

This data is used solely to serve and optimize ads and is handled in line with user privacy laws and ad platform policies.

3. Advertising Identifiers and Personalization

Mobile advertising identifiers are unique, resettable IDs provided by your device’s operating system. Examples include:

  • AAID (Android Advertising ID) on Android devices

These identifiers are used instead of cookies in mobile apps to:

  • Personalize ads based on app usage and interests

  • Limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping)

  • Measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns

How to control or reset your advertising ID

You can manage your advertising identifier in your device settings. The exact steps may vary by device and OS version, but typically:

On Android:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Privacy or Security & privacy.

  3. Tap Ads or Ads & privacy.

  4. Choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

  5. (If available) Turn off options like Personalized ads or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

How to opt out of personalized ads

To reduce or disable ad personalization:

  • Visit Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) and adjust your ad personalization preferences.

  • Use your device’s Ads or Privacy settings to opt out of personalized ads where supported.

You may still see ads after opting out, but they will be less tailored to your interests.

4. Ad Display and External Links

Some ads displayed in ENS Live may:

  • Open external websites in your browser

  • Redirect you to third-party apps or app stores

  • Promote services or products not operated by ENS or Forever Platforms

Please note:

  • ENS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party advertisers or their websites/apps.

  • Any interaction with ads (clicking, installing apps, making purchases, sharing information) is at your own discretion and risk.

  • We recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service you visit via an ad.

5. ENS Advertiser Center Campaigns

ENS also runs internal promotional campaigns through ENS Advertiser Center. These may include:

  • Promotions for ENS Live features or updates

  • Campaigns for other ENS Ecosystem apps and services

  • Partner or sponsored content managed directly by ENS

All such campaigns:

  • Undergo internal review for accuracy, clarity, and safety

  • Follow the same quality, relevance, and safety standards as external ads

  • Are designed not to disrupt your experience or mislead you in any way

We aim to ensure that internal promotions are clearly distinguishable and contextually appropriate.

6. Privacy & Consent

By using ENS Live and related services, you:

  • Agree to the use of advertising services within the app

  • Consent to the collection and processing of non-personal data for advertising and analytics purposes, as described above

We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including (where applicable):

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

Depending on your region, you may see additional consent prompts or controls (for example, for personalized ads or use of certain identifiers). Where required, we will request your consent before using data for specific advertising purposes.

For more details on how we handle data more broadly, please refer to our main Privacy Policy (if available in the app or on our website).

7. Updates to This Disclaimer

This advertising disclaimer may be updated from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in our advertising practices

  • Updates to our products or services

When we update this disclaimer:
