2. Auto Re-Billing of Wallet
What Is Auto Re-Billing?
Auto Re-Billing of Wallet automatically adds credits to your Flora AI wallet when your balance is too low to continue:
Messaging
Purchasing additional storage (characters)
Purchasing or using AI-Agents
This prevents service interruptions due to insufficient funds.
How It Works
You enable Auto-Billing for your account.
You choose a recharge amount (e.g., $100).
When your wallet balance falls below the minimum amount you set, Flora AI:
Automatically charges your saved payment method (via Stripe) for the selected amount.
Adds the purchased credits to your wallet balance.
The system then uses these credits to continue your activity (messaging, storage, AI-Agents) without interruption.
You are notified when auto-billing occurs.
Example
You enable auto re-billing and set it to $100.
You also set a minimum wallet balance threshold (for example, $10).
When your wallet balance drops below $10:
Flora AI automatically charges your card on file for $100.
The $100 worth of credits is added to your wallet.
Your account continues to function normally with the new credits.
What the System Decides Automatically
The system uses your configured auto-billing amount to determine how many credits to purchase.
The payment is processed via Stripe using your stored payment method.
Any surplus credits (beyond what is immediately needed) remain in your wallet for future use.
Order of Operations
Auto-billing is initiated first when your balance is too low.
The account owner is informed/notified.
The process completes automatically, and your services continue without disruption.

3. Auto-Recharging of Storage
What Is Auto-Recharging of Storage?
Auto-Recharging of Storage ensures that your AI-Agents always have enough storage (measured in characters) for training and additional data. When your available characters fall below a set minimum, Flora AI automatically purchases more storage using your wallet credits.
When It Is Triggered
Auto-recharge is triggered:
During training of an AI-Agent, and
When the remaining characters in your storage fall below the minimum characters threshold you configured.
How It Works
You enable Auto-Recharge for storage.
You select a storage package (e.g., 1M characters).
When your available characters drop below your minimum characters setting:
Flora AI automatically purchases the selected storage package (e.g., 1M characters).
The cost of this package is deducted from your wallet credits.
The new characters are added to your storage, and training continues without interruption.
You are notified when auto-recharge occurs.
Example
You enable auto-recharge for storage and set it to 1M characters.
You also set a minimum characters threshold (for example, 100k characters).
During AI-Agent training, your remaining characters drop below 100k.
Flora AI:
Automatically purchases 1M characters.
Charges your wallet for the cost of that 1M-character package.
Adds the 1M characters to your storage so training can continue seamlessly.
What the System Decides Automatically
The system always purchases the storage package size you configured (e.g., 1M characters).
The wallet is charged for the storage package cost.
If your wallet does not have enough credits, auto-billing of the wallet (if enabled) may be triggered first to add credits, then storage is purchased.

4. How Auto-Billing and Auto-Recharge Work Together
In many cases, both systems work in sequence:
Storage runs low during AI-Agent training.
Auto-Recharge of Storage is triggered to buy more characters.
If the wallet does not have enough credits:
Auto Re-Billing of Wallet is triggered (if enabled) to add credits.
Then the storage package is purchased using the new wallet credits.
You are notified of these actions, but the process is automatic and seamless.
This combined system ensures:

Your storage always has enough characters (if auto-recharge is enabled).
