ENS Live Is Not Loading (Web or App)

If the ENS Live website or mobile app is not loading, use the steps below to identify and fix the issue. Work through them in order, testing ENS Live after each step.

1. Check Your Internet Connection

A weak or unstable connection is the most common cause of loading issues.

  • Make sure Wi‑Fi or mobile data is turned on.

  • Try opening another website or app to confirm your connection is working.

If other sites are also slow or not loading:

  • Move closer to your Wi‑Fi router.

  • Turn Airplane Mode on and off.

  • Restart your router if possible.

  • Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data to see if one works better.

If your connection is working normally but ENS Live still won’t load, continue to the next step.

2. Refresh the Page or Restart the App

Sometimes the current session just needs to be reset.

On the web

  • Click the refresh/reload button in your browser.

  • If that doesn’t help, close the browser tab and open ENS Live in a new tab.

On mobile (ENS Live app)

  • Fully close the app (remove it from your recent or background apps).

  • Reopen the ENS Live app and try loading content again.

If the issue persists, move on to clearing cache and cookies.

3. Clear Cache and Cookies

Stored data can become corrupted and prevent pages or content from loading correctly.

For web users

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

  1. Open your browser Settings.

  2. Look for Privacy, History, or Site data options.

  3. Select Clear browsing data.

  4. Choose Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.

  5. Confirm the action, then close and restart your browser.

  6. Open ENS Live again and try loading the site.

For app users

Clear the ENS Live app cache in your device settings:

  1. Go to your device Settings.

  2. Open Apps or Applications.

  3. Find and select ENS Live.

  4. Tap Storage (if shown).

  5. Tap Clear cache.

  • Avoid Clear data unless specifically instructed, as it may log you out or reset your preferences.

  1. Reopen the ENS Live app and try again.

If ENS Live still does not load, check for updates.

4. Update the App or Browser

Outdated software can cause compatibility or security issues that stop pages from loading.

ENS Live app

  1. Open the Google Play Store (or your device’s app store).

  2. Search for ENS Live.

  3. If an Update button is available, tap it to install the latest version.

  4. After updating, reopen the app and check if it loads.

Web browser

  1. Open your browser’s Settings or About section.

  2. Check for updates and install any that are available.

  3. Restart the browser.

  4. Try loading ENS Live again.

If updating doesn’t help, restart your device.

5. Restart Your Device

A simple restart can fix temporary system or network glitches.

  1. Turn your phone, tablet, or computer off completely.

  2. Wait a few seconds.

  3. Turn it back on.

  4. Open ENS Live again (via the app or browser) and check if it loads.

If the problem continues, test ENS Live on another device or browser.

6. Try Another Device or Browser

This helps determine whether the issue is specific to one setup.

  • On a computer, try a different browser (for example, switch from Chrome to Firefox or Edge).

  • On mobile, try accessing ENS Live from another phone or tablet, if available.

If ENS Live works on another device or browser, the problem is likely related to:

  • The original device’s settings or software, or

  • The original browser’s extensions, cache, or configuration.

You may need to:

  • Reset browser settings to default.

  • Disable or remove problematic extensions.

  • Update the device’s operating system.

  • Repeat the cache/cookie clearing steps for the affected browser or app.

If ENS Live still won’t load anywhere, contact support.

7. Contact Support

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, contact the ENS Live support team so they can investigate further.

When you reach out, include:

  • Device type and model
(e.g., Samsung Galaxy A52, iPhone 13, Windows laptop).

  • Operating system and version
    (e.g., Android 13, iOS 17, Windows 11).

  • How you access ENS Live

  • ENS Live app (include app version, if possible), or

  • Web browser (name and version, e.g., Chrome 121).

  • A brief description of the problem, including:

  • What you were trying to do (e.g., open homepage, play a video).

  • What exactly happens (e.g., blank screen, error message, endless loading).

  • When the issue started and how often it occurs.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available.

You can contact support via the Help Centre or Feedback menu within ENS Live.

Following these steps resolves most loading issues and helps you quickly get back to accessing trusted news and content on ENS Live.
