ENS Live is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and trustworthy environment for all users. If you encounter content or behavior that violates our community guidelines—or if you simply want to share feedback—you can report it directly through the platform.

This article explains how to submit a report or feedback and what happens after you do.

When to Report

You should submit a report if you encounter:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats

  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity

  • Impersonation or misleading identities

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

  • Any behavior that appears to violate ENS Live community guidelines

You can also use the same flow to share:

  • Feature requests

  • Bug reports

  • General feedback about your experience

How to Submit a Report or Feedback

You can report issues or send feedback from both the ENS Live website and mobile app.

1. Go to ENS Live

  • Open the ENS Live website in your browser, or

  • Launch the ENS Live mobile app on your device.

Make sure you are signed in if your report needs to be associated with your account.

2. Open the Menu and Select “Feedback”

  1. Locate the main menu (often represented by a menu icon or your profile/avatar).

  2. Tap or click Feedback to open the feedback and reporting section.

3. Create a New Report

  1. Tap or click Create.

  2. This opens a new report or feedback entry where you can describe the issue or suggestion.

4. Describe the Issue or Feedback

In the message field, provide as much relevant detail as possible. For example:

  • What happened: Describe the content or behavior you are reporting.

  • Where it happened: Include links, usernames, or specific sections/pages if applicable.

  • When it happened: Approximate date and time.

  • Any supporting details: Screenshots, context, or steps to reproduce an issue (for bugs).

Clear, specific information helps the moderation and support team review and act more quickly and accurately.

5. Choose Report Type: Public or Private

You can choose how your report or feedback is shared:

  • Public

  • Your report or feedback may be visible to other users.

  • Useful for general suggestions, non-sensitive feedback, or issues that may affect many users.

  • Private

  • Your report is only visible to ENS Live support and moderation staff.

  • Recommended for sensitive topics, personal safety concerns, or reports involving specific users.

Select the option that best matches the nature and sensitivity of your report.

6. Review and Submit

Before sending:

  1. Review your message for clarity and completeness.

  2. Confirm that you’ve selected the correct Public or Private option.

  3. Tap or click Submit to send your report or feedback.

What Happens After You Submit

Once your report is submitted:

  • Review by moderation/support
The ENS Live support and moderation team will carefully review the information you provided.

  • Action based on community guidelines
If the report involves abuse or policy violations, the team will take appropriate action in line with ENS Live community guidelines. This may include warnings, content removal, or account restrictions.

  • Confidential handling of private reports
Private reports are treated as confidential and are not shared publicly.

Reporting issues and sharing feedback responsibly helps keep ENS Live safe, inclusive, and reliable for everyone.
